Refund policy
At tooxt.com, we take pride in creating unique and personalized books that capture your cherished text message memories. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on personalized books.
However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Defects or Quality Issues:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your book or if there are any printing defects, we offer exchanges or refunds to ensure you receive a product you love. Please contact our support team at hello@tooxt.com within 30 days of receiving your book. Provide your order details, photos of the issue, and a brief description, and we'll work with you to make things right.
Delivery Delays:
If your order was placed by a published holiday delivery cutoff date (such as our Christmas delivery deadline) and does not arrive by the guaranteed date, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at hello@tooxt.com after the delivery date has passed.
For orders placed outside of special delivery guarantee periods, refunds are not available for carrier shipping delays beyond our control. However, we will work with you to track your package and resolve any delivery issues.
Non-Refundable:
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our books, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the book has been produced
- Personalization errors that match what was submitted during ordering
- Delays during peak production periods (communicated on our website)
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
